I like how easy it is for my staff to access patient information via their smartphones or tablets as we wait at appointments and when patients are waiting on us at the front desk. So far there isn't anything i dislike about this system. I would say make sure your staff has good data entry skills because entering records can be time consuming depending upon what kind of doctor they work with. We use TrakNet software to keep all medical records organized so that everyone knows where everything belongs. This helps me quickly find any missing notes from previous visits.
