I bought this to wear over my wedding dress and it is so beautiful on its own that I will probably wear it as a skirt another time. I have had several petticoats but this is by far the best quality I have found. I love it so much I'm ordering it in different pouf styles. The material is great and doesn't itch like most other brands I've had. It was fluffy right out of the box and once I fluffed it up it was adorable as hell. I also like that the waist is adjustable as I'm trying to get into better shape. This one is more expensive than the others I've had, but it's worth it.
