This is bad because I didn't understand that I need a swivel head because I have to snap it perpendicular to the clamp. It wasn't until I tried using them that I realized this. I will of course not send them back as it is my fault. But if anyone from the company is paying attention, all metal hangers should have a swivel hook as you're still paying more for them. Twist the spring so the bottom of the hook is vertical and a separate rod that goes through the holes on the sides (which holds the two halves together) and you have a metal bail that rotates without having to solder anything (which seems to me why they made that setting for the hook). A thicker bottom under the spring would prevent it from breaking through. And soldering is not required.
