Product support! Where?

I wasn't lucky this time. The flowing water had a chemical taste. Decided to see if it would happen. It seems to feel better (woman doesn't drink from it"disgusting"). Tried to get "product support" "hahahahaha". I was sent to a third party who offered to order additional parts for me. So I figured writing this review would be the best way to reach "whom it might affect" rather than hacking through your "hostile menu system that would take longer". Time to type this!” By the way, thanks for letting me use the space for a little ventilation.
