Wouldn't take typical IC packages

Wanted to use this to hand populate PCB components. I wouldn't take SOIC-16 or SOT-23. I dropped the vacuum placement tools and did the job with tweezers (200+ components, 0603 - 1206 and 29 ICs. Bragging rights only).
