Although LEDAUT's wares appear promising on the site, you shouldn't get your hopes up. Their heat wraps offer about as much security as wrapping your pipes in tissue paper. The hose sleeves are so poorly made that they make your hoses appear worse, not better, and the engine bay matting is about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. Unfortunately, it's not just the quality of their goods that's poor; their support staff is a laughingstock as well. The customer service reps I spoke with were about as useful as a brick without wheels when I asked for assistance with the installation. They obviously didn't know what they were talking about, and I was left feeling angry and irritated. As far as car accoutrements go, LEDAUT is the biggest letdown possible. Look elsewhere for goods that deliver as promised and customer service that truly values its clientele. LEDAUT is a complete and utter misuse of resources.
