First of all, I would like to point out that people in Eastern Europe and the Baltic countries have known about these pillows and have used them where I first slept for centuries. one. They also eat a lot of buckwheat. lol. This particular pillow from this particular manufacturer is AMAZING. I really hope Revain will have her FOREVER. One person mentioned "volume". In my opinion, that's not so bad. I have many allergies, rheumatism, fibromyalgia and a severe painful neck issue and things got so bad my doctor tried to put me on sleeping pills. where since I first shopped here in 2005 I have always been able to find and buy EVERYTHING I can't find anywhere else and the zen chi pillow popped up first on my search list. I read all the reviews and went for it and god am I glad I did! I'm so happy with my new pillow! And the familiar crunch when I lay my head down is personally soothing, and yes, my neck no longer hurts, I no longer wake up in the morning with a near-migraine headache, and NO NICE HEAD! And the most important thing: no traffic jams! I'm not allergic to buckwheat so I figured this would be a winner because it's all natural. I love this pillow, I will be buying replacement shells and have just ordered pillowcases for them and now my son wants one too so yes I will be ordering another one! I suggest no, in fact I insist that anyone with allergies, neck/shoulder muscle pain and headaches try this pillow BEFORE trying any medication. You may find that your problems are solved and you're giving your kidneys a break at the same time! :) Grab a pillow!
