I've ordered several Hei distributors, they always come sealed, fully assembled etc. This was obviously a return that someone took apart, it doesn't turn, the pin is loose, the screws holding the coil, and the top cap are just gone and i can't put it in the customer's car, he makes a good product but it's unacceptable and the car waiting for him is still waiting.
