Revainrating 4 out of 5

Maybe not for the everyday driver because it almost feels like there isn't enough gear oil and it's a bit harsh.

Not that much of a difference If you're trying to buy this to fix a wobbly switch, it's not. This makes shifting much more difficult. Maybe not for the everyday driver because it seems like there isn't enough gear oil and it's a bit difficult to get into gear, but it's just a bushing that makes it very stiff. The feel is great if you don't mind the harshness when shifting. In general, it's quite normal. The round bushing that fits into the gearbox was a problem. I had to heat it with a heat gun to soften it so I could press it into the shifter. Otherwise it would be very difficult to use the shifter. The other part goes under the switch and is easier to install.
