Very nice fitness product - excellent value
For something that is so inexpensive, this works surprisingly well.It is very easy to isolate just 2 fingers in exercising your grip with these.
Although the rings are pretty easy to squeeze combining them (squeezing more than one at the same time) will make the exercise considerably more difficult. Given the many different ways you can use this set, the comfort, and the ability to isolate just 2 fingers, this is an excellent value.
