I agree with everything "Nick" wrote on September 12th. The sound was great. Phone calls were great; Everything was crystal clear on the other end, but people could hear traffic or loud ambient noise. The touch was a little sensitive for me. Connections were flawless, especially with the Samsung app. BUT they didn't stay in my ear. I was hoping to use them for exercise, but even while I was cleaning the house, my left kidney failed first, followed by my right. Maybe it would be better for small ears, the shape of the ears. I ended up going back and buying a Jaybird Vista that fit my huge ears that fit my huge head.
