I'm not sure if I received any of the bad products but I wasn't very satisfied. After 2 days of use, the ball joint that attaches the phone to the tripod just didn't hold up anymore. I have a Galaxy S6 which is not very heavy. The phone just kept tipping because the ball joint couldn't hold up. If I keep tightening the nut, she breaks. The problem is that the hinge is all smooth plastic and if it were rubberized it would think it would hold up very well. Also, the white rubber pieces on the bottom keep falling off, which isn't a big deal as they're pretty easy to put back on. Tilting my phone while taking photos drives me crazy. EDIT: So after I posted my first comment, KobraTech sent me another product within a day or two. My first reaction was if I didn't like your product the first time, why the hell should I like it the second time? Well the product was different, in a good way. The look was the same, but the design got stronger. The smooth plastic issue I originally described was solved by making the plastic hinge rougher so there was more friction to hold the phone a little longer. The "tentacle" is also much tougher and sticks to many surfaces. The product is by no means perfect, but for the price it is excellent. My phone no longer slides due to lack of friction.
