I like that it is customizable for each department of my business so we can have different rules set up depending upon what our needs are at any given time! It's easy enough anyone could use but also has advanced features if needed by more experienced users as well! There isn't anything about this software specifically because there was nothing wrong with previous versions however they did make some changes which made navigating difficult at first (such as having multiple tabs open instead of being able to easily switch between them). We were using an older version before switching over from Sage 50 Business Central ERP system. This new upgrade allowed us all access again without needing additional training/learning curve since everything had been moved into one place rather than scattered across several systems. The benefits include centralized management & visibility into order fulfillment processes plus increased customer service efficiency via realtime updates/notifications when orders change status etc..
