I really like how we are able to create integrations with our internal systems. We have been able to make it so that our inventory system syncs up with our ERP system. This has saved us tons of time and allowed us to cut down on errors by having everything in one place. It does take some time getting used to the interface. There are a lot of things you can do but it takes some trial and error to figure out what it is that you want to do. I also don't like how they charge you per integration. You would think that since it's a software company they would be more open to a developer license. I am solving problems that would normally take hours or days to fix when using other tools.
