I never thought I would ever buy a selfie stick. I scoff at people who buy selfie sticks. LAUGH OUT LOUD. But I use it as a tripod and attach my phone to it. Why do you ask? Virtual Choirs. So far I have presented three virtual choirs. The first time I didn't have this selfie stick. I used artist David Wesley's method of wrapping the book in duct tape to set up my phone to record. For the second and third virtual choirs, I used this selfie stick. It was a lot easier with this selfie stick! All I had to do was mount it on the trash can like a tripod to get it at the right height. It has a telescoping handle and I was able to rotate the mount to rotate in landscape mode, which is required for every virtual choir I've created. If you need a full-size tripod, this product probably isn't for you. But if you already have something you want to mount a tripod on, this selfie is just perfect. I'm so happy I bought this.
