I ordered the right plates and bowls for a celebratory dinner I was throwing. Some background - I usually just use plain china and tend to think disposable tableware is a bit cheesy if not for a little kid's birthday party or something (and wasteful too). I also firmly believe that if you have good china then you should use it and not 'save' it for special occasions when you will almost never enjoy it! However, my husband asked me to try the disposables just to help with cleaning since we were hosting such a big dinner. In the end, I found his plates and bowls to be fine (and definitely easier to clean), but I probably wouldn't buy these mugs again. For some reason I thought they were a little bigger. They are quite small and if you serve regular coffee they seemed too small to me. Not a big deal as people can only get seconds. I also found her pretty ugly. Although the plates and bowls were simple and completely harmless, they looked like cheap, disposable cups to me. It's a pen that looks like a cheap plastic cup (actually it is, so no big deal). The real problem was that 40% of them were broken or broken when we tried to remove them. They stick together and when you try to pull them out, the handles break off or the mug itself breaks. We ended up using the salvaged ones and for the rest we used regular coffee cups. Mainly because of the breakage, I don't think they're worth buying, but wouldn't mind trying the plates and bowls again. :)
