I used this to add two rear 80mm fans to my Mini-ITX build. My H270N motherboard only had one CPU_FAN connector and one CASE_FAN connector, so I couldn't add any more fans to my Thermaltake Core V1 Snow Edition than the previously installed 200mm fans. Plugged in the villain and added fans with no issues. Can't say for sure if the fans had any effect, but at least this cable worked fine. I don't know if it matters, but two of the ports on this extension are 3 pins and one is 4 pins. So I connected the 200mm to the 4 pin connector and the 80mm to the 3 pin connector. Everything is turning.
