Excellent customer service

First product did not work. They sent a replacement. The first one broke off a blue piece while removing it. It almost screwed up but I found someone who ripped it out without damaging my MOBO. The exchange worked great. As long as you don't get the bad part, it should work just fine. If you get a bad role, they take care of you.
