UPDATE (01/27/2020): I can no longer recommend this device. The replacement they sent me no longer provides the probiotic. He just hisses and sounds like he's fighting. I even replaced the probiotic cartridge with a new one and it does exactly the same thing. I love the concept of air dosing probiotics and I hope they come out with a better device that works properly for a very long time. But again, at the moment I cannot recommend this product to anyone. Definitely save your money! UPDATE (11/30/2019): I have contacted BetterAir directly because my device is not working properly. They sent me a brand new Biotica800 with a new wand and some Biotica test paper strips. They sent me a replacement quickly. I was very happy with the customer service I received. I hope the device continues to work. I will update my review again. Original post: I have had Biotica800 for almost 1 year and paid $399.99. At first I loved it! It worked great with the probiotics that came with the device. But when it came to supplies, they never worked. Replacement parts were shipped to Virginia Beach during the hot summer months, but they were not shipped in an insulated bag to keep the item cool. I contacted BetterAir for a refill and they sent me another one and that didn't work either so I have to contact them because the refill isn't working to see if it's my device or I need a new probiotic cartridge . So, my device is lying here unused. I only recently saw that they no longer sell individual refills, only two packs. Refills are expensive and there is no guarantee they will work once you receive them. I like the concept of the Biotica800, but there are some things that need to be worked out to make it an effective device. At the moment I cannot recommend this product.
