Troubleshooting Installation

I've read complaints about some people not being able to snap the cover onto the base. I had the same problem until I realized that the manufacturer packages these plates in an inverted lid (to make shipping easier I think). If you try to install them as they come in the package you will never be able to close them. The manufacturer does not provide any written or visual instructions to avoid this error. It would be better if you add a few lines of instructions. so as not to upset customers who will never be repeat buyers of this otherwise decent product.
