Toyota no longer makes load floor mats for this year's 4runner with Load Management (aka Double Deck), so probably the aftermarket is the only option. It's the best I've seen on the aftermarket, but it's not perfect. First, I don't like that it's more plastic than rubber. Things slide over it when cornering or stopping/accelerating quickly, especially heavier large objects where they didn't move at all on my previous cars with rubber mats. don't sit up straight. It kind of "floats" because that's how the deck was designed, and the design of the side pockets isn't that great either. If you spilled liquid it ended up in the side pockets which I cut into slots so you can use the hooks to secure the load. So that means the liquid is in the side pockets of the car and not if the rim was flush with the deck floor it would retain the liquid in the rear and make it easier to empty once you open the tailgate. the best option, but not ideal. I would prefer a Toyota original if I could find one.
