When my variant 1 neon sign failed I thought I'd hit the jackpot with this neon sign to make my own. Even though the odds were against me. I've ordered enough to write "A Bone-a-fide Good Time" - a pun for a Halloween background. Some were chipped in the box but I could live with that because I was excited. The first two batteries I put in worked. Hooray! But then the second two didn't stop there. What's the point of trying the others. I didn't have time to send new replacement. Bummer wants to use it. I'm just glad I tried the third and fourth and not the last two letters which didn't work. The return is annoying too. You must create the return labels individually.
