Works great with my Dell 7275 with WD15 dock with .
Works great with my Dell 7275 with Windows 10 WD15 Dock. Just plug and play, no additional setup required. Very quiet operation (quieter than my laptops with DVD players). The only slight downside is that it requires 2 USB ports - one for power, one for data.
