Supportive and well designed orthosis. I am a nurse. I stand on my feet more than 12 hours a day. I'm also a nurse with a torn meniscus flap. My knee became weak from the injury and buckled easily, but I still had to work while waiting for the surgery. This braces was a live screensaver. It stays in place with gel, grabs things from above. It is breathable but still gets warm after a little exercise. A piece of advice, THIS BRASS RUNS SMALL! I'm petite 5'4", 128 lbs, I have an athletic build so nice muscular thighs, but the plus size is tight and requires effort to arrive. Whatever size you have in mind, order one size up maybe two. Excellent dressing. , worth the price.
