Review on RaiseMetrics by Albert Tucker

I like how easy it was to set up, and also all of my data can be accessed from anywhere via web or mobile device! The only thing i dislike so far (and this could have been improved upon) would be having more options for customization when creating reports/dashboards - but they are working hard at improving their reporting tools!! We use raisemetric's platform as our primary source of revenue tracking information across multiple channels including store optimization, website performance metrics and customer feedback surveys.
