In theory, this is a great computer. However, buyers should be aware that the computer they are purchasing is used or (at the very least) refurbished and not new. The seller has modified the computer to have more RAM and/or hard drive space than is offered for sale at other retailers. This can be tempting if the underlying computer is bug-free and undergoes quality checks. I'm not sure if any condition is met on any of their computers. I bought my first laptop and ended up having to return it after Windows didn't update properly. While troubleshooting I contacted MSI who tried going back to the system settings. However, an error occurred and the MSI representative asked if it was a used computer as the windows were damaged. The MSI representative recommended that I send it back. It was my first day owned. I contacted Revain and asked for a replacement. Revine shipped a replacement a week ago. The replacement seems to work fine, except that the "s" key appears randomly. I will call MSI again and ask them to resolve the issue. MSI supports their product well; However, the guarantee does not last forever and I know that the manufacturer offers a guarantee, but I hesitate to rely on their guarantee as I have already had 2 computers with problems that seem quite obvious. So I'm worried about my laptop. I have never bought such an expensive laptop before and I doubt I will buy from this seller again.
