I had high hopes for this bar. Although easy to assemble, it is NOT easy to disassemble. I’ve been trying for over a day to try and push the pins in to disassemble so I can return.I was hoping you would be able to use it with 3 or 2 bars but it seems you can only use it with 3, which is just cumbersome.Some other bars allow you to roll to increase resistance and this does not.The instruction sheet is a joke. It gives you a few pictures of a few exercises and not nearly everything you can do with it.The resistance band is fine but again, not much in terms of instruction.
