I bought this item based on 5 star reviews. I can't imagine how he could get such a rating. I used it once so can't return, wasted my money. My results: 1. The window scraper is too narrow (rubber extension) and cannot remove the liquid from the window well2. The cleaning brush does not come off, when using the scraper, it constantly interferes, although it rotates about 180 degrees.3. If you're using a cleaning brush, you'll need to remove the scraper (but this is easy to do). I had to rewash all windows after use.
