Great tweezers! I was really looking for a long pair of cooking tweezers so they wouldn't break or splinter. I haven't had them all that long, but I've been cooking more during this home order. Some foods are too small for traditional tongs and just end up digging into the food I'm cooking causing it to fall apart. These don't! They are fairly easy to clean, just pay attention to the ridges on the wide tip, food can get stuck. I don't reach for fine tweezers that often, but I'm a kinder person and the extra tool will get used to it either way! Generally a great set of tools for a real amateur chef!
