The YH-1856 is an exact replacement for the 1L2H-19E616-BB rear mounted actuator. This actuator even has a part number "1L2H-19E616-BB" (not shown in photo or description). If you hear a click from behind when you turn on the engine, or hear a click when the temperature changes, or air from floor to ceiling. The problem is that the plastic gears in the drives are stripped. DO NOT purchase a YH-1744 or YH-1743 actuator as a replacement for the part number above. Depending on which drive is installed, the wrong drive will run hot-cold or half-cover. Adjusting the controls will not work at all with the wrong part.
