I'm a diagnostician and have been using it for a few months. I decided to replace it, it's just that the display shows readings for too long. I had a 20 year old high quality meter that responded and gave readings instantly, but I wasn't sure of its age or accuracy. This gauge appears to be well built and of good quality. Pros: Easy to read display, if it turns off due to inactivity just press F3 to turn it back on, rechargeable and sensor holder on the back. Cons, slow display of readings, logging function is almost useless. UPDATED - NO WARRANTY. This gauge stopped working after 6 months. 1 year warranty and Revain label. I called to inquire about a replacement or repair and they were unable to process the warranty. I've been told time and time again that this isn't a 30 day return window. I always told them there was a 1 year guarantee. They then said they would let me return it with a 40 restocking fee per defective item. After I kept pressuring them to tell them it was not a return but a warranty item, they gave me an RMA for a refund and then I got a refund minus $40. Complete robbery. REVISED, Revain Customer Service has read and correctly understood my review by paying 100% of the original cost. Thank you Revain Customer Service! :)
