I'm slowly trying to make my own transition to a 'more serious' bike and this was my first attempt at going from Schrader tubes to Presta tubes. They were easy to install, even on a bike that seems better suited to everything but the Presta valving. Although the valve didn't fit snugly in the rim due to the V-shape, it worked. I also have a Presta air nozzle so I can use my compressor. My old inner tubes and tires kept leaking air. I would have to add about 20 pounds each time to get to 65psi. They only get 45-50 with tires, but I don't feel like I have to constantly check before every ride like I used to with the old tube-tire combo. I'm buying two more today to keep for parts, although I don't expect any problems. I just love having spare parts on hand.
