Video sync issues. - Headphones

In the box you will find the headphones, USB-A to Micro USB charging cable, 3.5mm audio cable and some documentation. Build quality is pretty good. The materials used aren't the highest quality or most luxurious, but they don't feel flimsy or flimsy. The headphones are mostly made of plastic with a metal-reinforced headband, metal straps and ear pads, and a leatherette headband. All controls are on the left earcup and the buttons are small. They are made of soft rubber and have almost no tactile difference between them, so you need to remember their position to use them effectively when wearing the headphones. a bit tight but the ear pads are soft and the headband has plenty of adjustments. After a short period of getting used to, most feel comfortable. The connection quality is good. Callers have told me I sound good and they have no hearing issues or complaints about how I sound and of course they sound good to me. The sound quality is pretty good, no one will be surprised, but they are fine for casual listening. Depending on whether ANC is active, the sound profile changes slightly and in my opinion they sound better with ANC on. The active noise cancellation also works well. It's not on par with Bose or Sony, but it's every bit as good as most of its competitors. They're not multifunctional, but they do have a few notable features. In addition to active noise cancellation, they support voice assistant (Siri/Google) and can be used wired (powered or unpowered) with the included 3.5mm audio cable. They can also be folded by rotating the cups 90 degrees, or they can be folded for travel (carrying bag NOT included). However, there are a few things that have disappointed me. At this price point I wasn't expecting better materials, sound or comfort, but considering this is a recently released product (October 2020) I was expecting slightly better technology... They use micro USB instead of USB C and USB Audio No , USB is for charging only. They can only be paired with one device at a time. You cannot answer a call while watching a video on a computer. You need to disconnect from one device and then connect to another. But by far the biggest issue is the audio/video sync lag... it's very noticeable once you start watching videos, indicating older Bluetooth technology is being used. There's no indication on the box or in the documentation which version of Bluetooth is used, but Bluetooth 5 (which has been around for a number of years) fixes video sync issues, so Bluetooth 5 is obviously not used. If so, if you're just looking for a cheap pair of wireless ANC headphones for music and phone calls connected to the same device, then this is a decent option. But if, like me, you use multiple devices and spend a lot of time watching videos (YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, etc.), then you're probably going to be frustrated by audio/video sync issues. Not for the audio/video sync issue, that would be a solid 4 stars in my book (considering the price), but the sync issue is a serious one. To me that's a breach of contract and totally unacceptable today (this isn't new technology anymore).
