Bought this device to use in Florida, USA, received a T-Mobile data SIM card and no matter what it says the device is locked by the ISP. I contacted T-Mobile and they gave me a SIMLOCK code but it didn't work. I contacted Huawei and they informed me that this device is no longer under warranty, it expired in August 2018 and the device belongs to Chile. I contacted ENTEL, that's the company logo on the device and as I speak Spanish I was able to speak to them. They told me that this device belongs to their company, there were several stolen devices and they blocked them by IMEI number. DO NOT BUY THIS! I will report this seller to Revain online.
