Does it work: Electric Fuel Pumps
I used this on my '99 Jeep TJ fuel pump and it works great. I thought I had a problem with the tool but it looked more like a dirty ring. I had to tap with a rubber mallet and a mallet. I was able to remove the ring as it should with great difficulty.
