I've been looking for a decent foot and calf massager for a long time and tried this one. The first block appeared and some cosmetic damage on the back. It looked like it had been used before and rubbed on the surface when tipped back. IT DOES NOT BEGIN. All that will happen is that the red light on the control panel will flash. I tried different outlets but the massager was definitely broken. The return went smoothly so I decided to try again despite finding numerous quality control complaints from previous buyers. I should have heeded their warnings. The second massager arrived and it didn't show any damage so I took that as a good sign. Unfortunately it only runs for 30-60 seconds depending on the program you choose and then stops abruptly and gets stuck in a trap until you turn the main switch off and on again. I've tried each setting multiple times, but always the same result. So I went through the return process again. DO NOT BUY. THIS WILL JUST BE A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT. My search continues...
