The Garmin Approach Z80 is very easy to use and has great features. I have also used Bushnell Tour V5 and prefer Garmin. The 2D course overlay is great, especially when I'm playing the field for the first time. Being able to see where the flag is in relation to the position of the green is also a great feature. It snaps onto the flag very quickly, and you'll get a vibration as well as visual feedback when it reaches a distance. It also reads pen tilt, giving you a more accurate stick selection distance. A very small issue is that it takes about 30 seconds to load and recognize the course I'm playing. While Bushnell is optics only and launch is instantaneous. However, if the Garmin were just an optical device, I wouldn't get the 2D hole pattern and other information about the location of bunkers and other hazards. The Z80 makes golf a lot more fun because I'm not looking for distance markers or guessing the distance from the ball to the pins. I recommend the Z80 to every golfer
