Connected to a cheap Android head unit. This works very well. Everything went well with all connections and commissioning. (I set this to a 3-position reverse off-on switch.) It turns on when I put reverse gear. I can turn it off when I want to, or I can turn it on when I'm walking down the freeway to check the trailer out. or see if it's really an anus behind me that I can't see anymore. This is my first rear camera so the picture looks pretty good to me. It doesn't work well in too bright sunlight or when it's getting dark (additional reversing lights help a lot here). I'm happy so far, but I still have to get used to it. Due to the installation location, it is not in the middle of the tailgate, but close to it. I wish it was something more durable. Doesn't feel as strong as the factory. It feels a little flimsy (flexes when opening the tailgate) but hasn't broken yet (3 months so far). It might just be me, but I hope it holds up with no problems.
