I've been using this coffee maker every day since it came out and it works great! Yes, the glass is a little flimsy, but be careful and you'll be fine. On the fourth day of use, I washed the filter and noticed that the filter mesh began to lift (see photo). The same day I received an email from this company asking me how everything was going and when I needed advice I wrote to them and explained what had happened. could wait they will send one as soon as they are available so i said i will send it no problem if you have it. They were in constant contact until the filter was delivered, they were friendly, professional and very pleasant in their correspondence. The bottom line is that this is a coffee maker with no moving parts. It is not expensive. I would use the filter as is but I think the really great thing about this company is that they take customer satisfaction seriously and are really cool people. Thanks, people!
