It worked!: Remotes

We lost the original remote. I never bothered to buy another one and used the button on the back of the TV to turn the TV on and off and navigate. Glad the button is broken. The warranty didn't fix it and I bought this remote hoping it would turn on the TV but I didn't have high hopes. He took out the remote control, put in batteries, pressed the power button and the TV turned on. Check! Now I don't have a TV.
