This is my second time buying this product. I often forget the remote control under the covers, and every time I get up, the remote control flies and falls to the floor. That's why my remote controls keep breaking. This remote is the perfect solution to my problem lol. Great price and ease of use.

We have 2 Samsung Smart TVs and our kids managed to lose both remotes because of them. We bought these as replacements because they were cheaper than the Samsung brand and we could get them quicker with Prime shipping. They work great! They came right out of the box ready to use and we've been using them for a few months now with no complaints.

We lost the original remote. I never bothered to buy another one and used the button on the back of the TV to turn the TV on and off and navigate. Glad the button is broken. The warranty didn't fix it and I bought this remote hoping it would turn on the TV but I didn't have high hopes. He took out the remote control, put in batteries, pressed the power button and the TV turned on. Check! Now I don't have a TV.

Our dog ate our original remote control. This remote control is relatively cheap and allows you to watch my Samsung Smart TV. I noticed that the lag time (between pressing the button and seeing the response on the TV screen) is slightly longer compared to the original remote that came with the TV. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and will probably order again if our dog finds the remote again.

. Everything was fine except one that didn't work. Given the price, I didn't bother going through the return process. I had a spare for one that didn't work and two that my dog chewed on the same day with a couple of days so it didn't really matter. Overall a great product, they actually work better than the ones that came with my TVs.

Great remote, especially for $8! Works great with my Samsung Smart TV. The only feature I noticed is a pointer function (the original factory remote has a feature that lets you point and click to select from on-screen menus). I doubt 3rd party remotes have this. You must purchase an official Samsung replacement. Overall, the remote control for your Samsung Smart TV is simple and easy to use. Very happy with this product.
