The first photo shows my stock Land Rover headlights in low beam. The second photo also has these headlights. They are super bright and super white, love them! They make excellent "deer lights" giving you amazing light in ditches for good exits. I wouldn't consider them great from a distance compared to a dedicated high beam. But then again, avoiding deer is the most important thing for many of us, and they are perfect for that. They are also great for off-road driving at night as they have a very wide throw angle in all directions, including up. When you were at different angles and there was a big hill right in front of you, you could easily see everything around you. I plugged them in in place of my factory fog lights so I could use the factory button on the dash. The only thing you need to know is that the brown wire is ground and the black wire is power. But it's easy to check and otherwise the mounting plate is solid, these lights are heavy and solid with large cooling fins. I don't expect any problems but I will let you know if there are any. Enjoy!
