The company cannot figure out how to solve my problem!

The block led to intermittent operation of the turn signals. The car dashboard did not work while driving (the headlights went out and the instruments did not work). The radio signal was very bad. There was no AM and FM was weak even for strong stations. The company kept asking for an explanation of what was going on and I did. They tried to offer advice on how to fix the problem and sent me a new CANBUS for free but nothing worked. problems persist. I will say that the device looks well installed, but it is good when it causes problems with the car or does not work properly. If I get a successful guide or a refund I will update this post.
