I sleep with this band. I had liposuction two months ago and was advised to sleep with the liposuction they gave me but I had to give mine to someone with rib pain after a car accident. All in all, it's handy once you get used to it. In some places it rolls down, but nothing noticeable. I just fold it up and I'm done. I also wear during my daily shores. In my case it doesn't itch, I wear it over a cotton t-shirt. Ps husband with rib pain says it helps with daily ailments, he wears it to work.
