Dis not hold up good for me

Purchased Nov 2019 and used just a few times. I always rinsed after use and it was never exposed directly to salt water. This summer, approximately 6 months after purchasing the metal bar inside the buckle assembly broke off (rust) so would no longer lock down. I checked the other one and doing the same thing, it just hasn't broken yet. Would not buy again

If not properly maintained and checked before each use, ratchet straps can fray or become damaged, increasing the risk of a dangerous failure while transporting your boat
