I currently have about six of these so I should probably step in and check them out. If your muscles are tight, especially your forearms, take. THE. TOOL. It's so incredibly versatile; You can use it for muscle stripping, ironing, trigger point, scraping and even tapping if you like. If you're an LMT, GET IT. THE. TOOL. And then play with it. You can't go wrong with this in your pocket. Sometimes I even give them to my clients; especially accountants. (Forearms, I tell you. Cut out those extensors and flexors, then iron them.) Oh, and yes, it helps save on the big toe, too.
