The ease of use for creating an account is so simple that even non-technical people can do it without any issues. I have been able to create multiple accounts in different countries with no problems at all! It's also very easy to integrate into other applications like MS Office or Google Docs which makes sharing data across teams much easier than before. There are some features we'd love to see added but there isn't anything major about this product as far as functionality goes - just minor little things here and there such as making sure you don't lose your work when moving between tabs within one project line window (rather annoying). We used to be stuck having to manually keep track of our projects ourselves by emailing each person involved if something was updated/changed etc., now everything gets synced up automatically allowing us to easily access information from anywhere via laptop / desktop.
