The ability to create automated reports with ease. There's nothing I dislike here! Maybe there could be some way to integrate this into existing automation solutions (such as Zapier). I would highly recommend this product. Our organization uses Optimeye's software for our monthly newsletter signups. It has made my team much less manual. The best thing about this software is its ease of use and speed of learning. I was able to get up to speed quickly with just one training session. There's also nothing really to dislike at all. This has been an excellent tool for our team! We've used it primarily during onboarding processes (new hires) and employee performance reviews.
