So I got them for my 2.5lb Yorkie. In less than 24 hours I noticed a slight bald spot on my pup and decided to have it removed. I untied each loop (not just pulled my hair out) and took off my tie. Her hair was pinned to a uniform with no tie, so I tried to comb through it with my fingers. As I got to the last small part, I noticed that there was a lot of hair in the top part compared to the slight tension emanating from her head. After I finally ran my fingers through it, a fair bit of hair came loose. Yorkies have wool, not fur, so I figured they would work, but unfortunately the damage they do is unacceptable.
