I bought these to hang flower baskets on a tree in my garden. The long rope and heavy weight were a big plus. The problem is that they don't work for my application. I wanted to raise a basket of flowers seven feet in the air to lower and raise again using this product. But that's not how the button works. It would need to be seven feet in the air to function the way it's set up. From this height I could raise and lower my flower basket. But I'm on the ground, not in the air. It doesn't work for me. It's a shame because it's well made and heavy.
